Persons who are at least 18 years of age can apply for admission to the post-secondary school. Recruitment takes place in the months of July, August, September for the autumn term, and December, January, February for the spring term. Documents required for the post-secondary school recruitment process:
- Application for admission to the school
- Secondary school-leaving certificate (for foreigners in Polish translation)
- Four photos
- Identity card or passport at the time of your visit to the secretary’s office.
- Medical certificate
A candidate for the school can start either in the autumn or spring term.
Admission to the school is determined by the submission of a complete set of documents.
Once you have completed the form, we will contact you and provide you with the necessary documents and arrange an appointment at the secretariat.
